Thank you for your interest in becoming a carrier with us! RWI Logistics contracts with RMIS (Registry Monitoring Insurance Services) to onboard all carriers.

What do I need to start hauling for RWIL?

All carriers must onboard with RMIS, and the process only takes about 10-15 minutes.

To haul for RWIL we require:

  • Valid MC # or State DOT # for Intrastate
  • Tax ID Number (TIN) / W-9 Information
  • $1,000,000 Auto Liability Coverage Insurance
  • $100,000 Cargo Coverage Insurance
  • Workers Comp Coverage
  • Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)
  • Completed online Carrier Contract*
