With a RWIL Carrier Portal account, you’ll be able to view rates on select lanes and book instantly from our load board with Book It Now. You can call 1.877.676.8545 and select “Option 2” to speak directly with a team member, 24/7, to learn more.

You have 2 ways you can submit a load status update.

  1. Call your RWIL rep at 1.877.676.8545, choose “Option 1” and a team member will be happy to assist you 24/7.
  2. Email your RWIL rep at tracking@rwilogistics.com

Our standard pay terms are 28-days, but sometimes you need it sooner. For that reason, we offer a 3-day pay option at 4% of the gross pay of the load. Contact your carrier representative to learn more.

  • RWIL invoice or RWIL rate confirmation
  • Signed Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Lumper receipts (if applicable)
  • Scale tickets (if applicable)
  • Any other necessary load documents with receipts for reimbursement

There are 3 electronic paperwork submission methods:

  • Email to rwiscan@rwilogistics.com (unmonitored mailbox)
  • Utilization of Truckstop scanning at any supporting location. Email carrier@rwitrans.com to request our Broker ID cover page.
  • TRANSFLO desktop or mobile app.Benefits to using TRANSFLO services:
