Sindie Secosky
Vice President of Human Resources
Sindie grew up in southern California until she graduated from high school and moved to NY to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to live in places across the country such as Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas, Virginia, and Ohio. She graduated from USMA with a Bachelor of Science degree in American Legal Studies, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova, and is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Sindie joined RWI Logistics in March 2017 and is passionate about using her human resource and leadership experience to help our team grow and develop. She spent 8 years active duty as an Army Aviation Officer and Blackhawk pilot, with two tours overseas in support of OIF. She held roles at Target (distribution) and Aramark (Uniform Services) where she developed expertise spanning across talent development, training initiatives, strategic planning, compensation, engagement, and leading successful teams. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local events and supporting small business, trying new restaurants and breweries, and cheering on the Army Black Knights, BEAT NAVY!.
