With more than a dozen years of experience in transportation and logistics, John has been a key leader at RWI Logistics since its early years. His career spans a broad spectrum of roles in sales, training, and operations, giving him a well-versed perspective on the business. John began as a Sales Representative before moving into training leadership, where he developed comprehensive onboarding programs to equip new team members for success. He later led operational teams, driving performance and service excellence, and returned to sales leadership to advance strategic growth initiatives. In his current role, John leads account teams across multiple segments of the business, leveraging his cross-functional expertise to deliver revenue growth and long-term customer success.
